Unlike other car hire companies, we specialise in allowing you to take yoru hire vehicle off road allowing you to explore all Port Stephens has to offer at your leisure in a safe and comfortable manner. All hire vehicles are air conditioned and can be equipped with camping or picnic equipment for a fun day or weekend away. Booking is easy, no experience is necessary and all Worimi and National Parks passes are included in your hire. We even cater for accommodation and car hire packages.
Let your adventurous heart lead you into the largest moving sand dune system in Australia. The almost surreal dune system is up to 1km wide and 32km long and covers an area of over 4,200 hectares. Located only 10mins from the centre of Nelson Bay brilliant white sand stretches to the shipwreck of the Sygna and beyond. Visit World War II relics including over 3000 concrete pyramid tank traps. Sandboard down 50 meter high dunes, visit Tin City where movies like Mad Max have been shot, go beach fishing or simply relax and soak up the sun anywhere on the 32 km long beach.
Entry to the Dunes is best from Anna Bay or Williamtown – whatever your sense of adventure, the Dunes are sure to impress.

10 yrs old, and finding things to do when we go away can
almost be impossible, that was until we seen the advertisment for hiring your own 4x4 and we thought why not - we will give it a go. The price was very reasonable and within budget for the service that was provided, and we were able to drive at our own pace and go wherever we pleased. We tackled the Stockton Sand Dunes three times in the one day and the kids tired themselves out with the sand boards, while we could sit and watch from the air conditioned Land Cruiser. We thought that it would take a bit of mastering to drive the 4WD but it took no time at all. Even my wife had a go and now wants to buy one for our family. My family and myself would like to thank Grant and his team for the kind and generous service that they provided - we had a ball and we are already planning our trip for 2011.
